Contemporary leather furniture creates a comfortable living area ideal for entertaining and relaxing. There is no restaurant on property. This is a modern building. The lobby is very small. Please note, for stays of 30 nights or more, hotel will require a signed lease and credit card authorization to be returned prior to arrival. Cancellation deadline for stays longer than 29 days will be 30 days prior to arrival. Room blocks of 6 or more, will require a group contract. For arrivals on January 5 - March 31, 2014 with minimim 7 night stays, the hotel will offer a Grocery Starter Package (Welcome amenities) if the booking is made from September 7 till December 31, 2013
